It is fully equipped with a lathe, CNC milling machine, welding equipment and enough tools build anything! There is also a 48" TV with 5.1 surround sound, DVD & BluRay players and a Play Station 3. Two beer fridges, a kitchenette and a 5Kw Split system air conditioner for year round comfort. My flight simulator is non-commercial and not for profit but it is by far the most technically superior flight simulator in this state, including the commercial simulators in Perth. Every November my crew mates take part in an event called Worldflight and we raise money for the Royal Flying Doctors, we have raised over $20,000 so far. The shed was featured on Channel Seven's Today Tonight program in September 2014 when they did a story on our fundraising. My simulator now attracts an ever expanding group of Virgin Australia flight crew who come to hone their skills before tackling their simulator check rides over east. There is a rack of genuine Boeing 747 business class seats behind the simulator to watch the action. Every Monday night it's sim night for me and the boys, my wife calls it the gathering of the "Nerds of a feather"!! Read Less
